REPORTS TO:       Board of Directors

COMPANIES:         Automotive Warranty & Service Contracts

LOCATION:           Platform HQ & add-on companies located on East Coast

JOB DESCRIPTION The CEO is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the company by working with the Board and management to establish and implement goals, strategies, plans and policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Lead the development of the corporation's growth plans and strategic programs with Board partnership

·        Provide organizational leadership and alignment of team behind strategic and operational goals

·        Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization (e.g. evaluation of potential partnerships, etc.)

·        Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs and strategies

·        Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financialreports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executive in performing their responsibilities

·        Continual improvement of the budgeting process through the involvement of department managers on financial issues impacting budgets

·        Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the business

·        The successful candidate will help grow the business(es) towards a successful exit

QUALIFICATIONS

·        At least $75 million revenue experience

·        An experienced and entrepreneurial CEO or President with ten plus years of relevant experience in the Warranty & Repair industry with the following capabilities:

o  Claims administration

o  Data collection/analytics

o  Operational and systems integration

·        A track record of leading substantial growth and innovation at an organizational level

·        Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment & strong operational focus

·        Business development skills

·        Financial acumen

·        Experience working under private equity leadership preferred
